RAMDIS:incomplete write (-28 != 32768) 4194304

I build target for embedded system.
When booting I get:
RAMDISK: Compressed image found at block 0
RAMDISK: incomplete write (-28 != 32768) 4194304
No filesystem could mount root, tried: Cramfs, squashfs, romfs.
Kernel Panic -not syncing: VFS: Unable to mount root fs on
unknown=block(1,0)

how to I fix this problem?
