Busybox replaces all those packages, so in a custom target whitch
busybox enabled you should remove those file clashing packages
from your package selection.

Alternatively, if you want some of the full-blown flavours, you can
disable the "Busybox symlinking" in the T2 Config menu and just
create some of the applet symlinks at the end of the build.
