The insight is, that two packages install the same files. This is a defect in
the
embedded target as it is configure in the 7.0 series. I'm already thinking how
to solve this best.

You can either completely disable busybox in your build, or, fi you want
busybox in your build disable the conflicting packages or turn the option
of that creates all the busybox applet symlinks.
