Hi Marc, you have a lot of packages that have not been build successfully, like grub, iproute2 and shadow. Some of theses are essential to generate the initrd. Possibly these failures are due to your experiments with tmpfs? To rebuild packages that have once failed you either have to enable this option with the Config script, or remove them from the build tree with "./scripts/Create-ErrList -cfg <...> -remove <package name>". The package alsa-utils fails because it depends on alsa-lib which was not included in the generic desktop package list. This is fixed in SVN now.
