AVR32 toolchain update: binutils and gcc

Hi all,

mostly in order to fix the unpopular inf. loop bug on certain linker input the
AVR32 toolchain was updated:

r25899 | rene | 2007-09-05 20:14:35 +0200 (Wed, 05 Sep 2007) | 5 lines

        * updated architecture/avr32/package/binutils (2.16.1-atmel.0.99.2 -> 
2.17-avr32)
          and architecture/avr32/package/gcc (4.0.2-atmel.0.99.2 -> 
4.0.4-avr32), among
          others, fixes inf. loop on certain input, mostly the linker (ld)

gzip does compile, now, as well.
