No, the box which is located at the TFH Berlin has network problems
more often than we want to :-( Usually eiher the whole uni networks
goes down, or just the FreeBSD router in front dies or is re-installed
(don't ask, it's not ours :-).

Currently they have holidays and could not get an authoritive answer.
We'll probably have to move the content from the  uni box soon,
and just use it as non-primary binary ISO image mirror due to the
excessive problems.
