Cross compiling with CMake: msg#00007t2.devel
Hi, since T2 does a lot of cross compiling, I thought I'd let you know that CMake (http://www.cmake.org), an open source buildsystem similar in scope to autotools (only better ;-), now supports cross compiling. Currently this is only available in the cvs version (http://www.cmake.org/HTML/Download.html), the first release which will have this feature will be CMake 2.6.0. Here is documentation how this works with cmake: http://www.cmake.org/Wiki/CMake_Cross_Compiling Please have a look at it and give it a try, and let me know if you see problems with this approach. It's not released yet, so things can still be changed. Thanks Alex |
