I applied the pidgin and frevo Author tag fixes, now.

I think we re-update the silc-toolkit to the new 1.1 version, now that pidgin
should suppost that instead of custom patching due to the shared file conflict.

Btw. two hints, it is better to send patches intead of the whole files, if
you use a SVN checkout of T2 you can obtain them by just running:
svn diff package/...
This makes applying them easier (though unlike in other projects we also
apply and hand-merge changes here - so you can also just continue
sending whole files, ... :-)

And second: If you plan to use T2 for the foreseable future you can
also get SVN write access and just commit the changes to the T2/trunk
in the future :-)
