silc-toolkit and pidgin update

hi *,

here is a updated silc-toolkit desc file and two patch files :
- one for silc-toolkit to solve the "shared files" issue with the libidn 
package 
- one for pidgin to work with the silc-toolkit in version 1.1

i'm on x86 so i don't know if this is also working for x86_64 etc.

plus here are two small changes for desc files:
- freevo lead dev is dirk meyer
- pidgin lead dev is Sean Egan
(hm - why is the pidgin package in the gnome2 folder ?)
