flash player desc update

hi *,

i know proprietary software is not such a good thing but anyway here are a 
updated flasplayer desc and conf file.

including flashplayer 9 and a workaround about the /usr/lib/mozilla/plugin dir 
error i got.
(if mozplugger is not installed the /usr/lib/mozilla/plugin/ dir is not there 
and the conf file runs into a error - now it works)
