scripts/Create-ISO now defaults to the "default" config

Hi,

during handbook work I noticed it is a bit inconsistent when all target
related scripts/ default to use a config named "default", while Create-ISO
doen't. This was improved yesterday and the Create-ISO now only
required the prefix name for the ISO like:

./scripts/Create-ISO mycdset

and no longer an explicit "default" as config name at the end.

        * improved scripts/Create-ISO to default to the 'default' config as
          all other build scripts do these days (noticed while reviewing the
          book :-)
