t2.devel

Subject: Re: Newbie ISO questions

More info: after booting from the 6.0.3 minimal-desktop-live ISO, I
downloaded the sources to ~root and tried to build. Here's what
happened:
bash-3.1# ./scripts/Config -cfg system
Creating confdialog tool.
gcc misc/confdialog/*.c -Imisc/confdialog -lncurses -o src/confdialog.bin
In file included from misc/confdialog/checklist.c:41:

And so on for several thousand more lines. Any ideas?

My background: I'm looking for a minimal distribution to use for a

confusing, so I've arrived here. My target footprint is 200 MB, so I
can carry of copy of the drive image on a mini-CD, but the smaller the
better.
