Depends which version / branch you are using. The change was:

r22598 | rene | 2007-02-19 13:22:33 +0000 (Mon, 19 Feb 2007) | 3 lines

        * implemented syslinux/isolinux CD boot loader support
        * implemented selection between grub and isolinux CD boot loader support

This feature is only in trunk, so if you run branches/6.0 it's not
yet in it.

If you are on trunk, mybe you did not run "svn up" to receive the
changes for some time?
