Hm, ok. If you have some time left, could you check with the t2/trunk checkout whether the build passes the linux-header package? Recently there where some /bin/sh != /bin/bash patches specifically for Ubuntu/Debian, maybe one of them was not merged into 6.0 (though I thought they where).
