[ANNOUNCE] major Apache / Subversion update

Hi all,

the ExactCODE server went thru an major change in the Apache setup
due to a compeltely new ExactCODE homepage with dynamic content
(with a rather nifty frontend proxy cache setup):

  http://www.exactcode.de/

Since the T2 homepage is served from the same Apache and some
interlinking (e.g. Handbook and due to the mirror auto-detection CGI
script and such) quite some fine grained configuration nightmare was
necessary.

Please let me know if you experience different behavior on whatever
repository / HTML page you might be looking at :-)
