I just changes the pure livecd processing to implant a empty root password, as sudo is not available in all the more compact livecds ... The desktop target, which I plan to ship as forced LiveCD from 7.0 onwards then could instead not use an empty password but preconfigure sudo as usual. But again this depends on the target and the enabled packages. Tobias also had a good idea in IRC for the admin targeting minimal versions, such as T-Rescue: Generate a random password and print it along the welcome issue ...
