sh* -> superh* and bfin -> blackfin rename

Hi all,

since we prefer non-abbreviated names in T2 to avoid confusion and such
we renamed the sh, sh64 and bfin architecture directories and the associated
package Architecture tags before they are in wider use and it's too late for
a rename.
