Re: compiling t2 on ubuntu 6.10 fails

Hi,

we had such an report just recently as well. However I believe
Tobias Gruetzmacher just built T2 on Debian/Ubuntu just fine.

I really wonder where this comes from, maybe it's due to an
imperfection (read bug) in our uname wrapper?

Where is your uname installed (which uname)?
