Problem building openssh (apparently corrected...)

Hi,

When trying to build openssh I got an error from
the build system complaining that a file was
going to be installed outside the basedir installation.

Changing the following line of 'openssh.conf' from:
  makeinstopt="install-nokeys"
to:
  makeinstopt="install-nokeys  DESTDIR=$root"
seems to solve the problem.
