Re: Question: msg#00062t2.devel
Hi, On Monday 29 January 2007 19:40:57 Jason Morris wrote: > I'd like to know if T2 could be modified to build HURD or BSD from > source code? Thanks for the help..... Yes, definetly. We are working on Minix and OpenBSD support right now. I find Minix v3 most appealing while Vlad is working on OpenBSD: T2 can also be used to "just build some packages from source in otherwise binary-only packages", such as Mac OSX and Solaris. In fact I tested this proof-of-concept already. Please note that this is already listed on the Roadmap and the homepage got a kernel list - that however is not yet filled with content: http://www.t2-project.org/releases/ http://www.t2-project.org/kernels.html Any help and inspiration is welcome.
