sorry for the delay - the daily work keeps me busy ...

In T2 you'll find support for:

- old-style install CD/DVD/... - textual like Debian, FreeBSD et al.
- new-style Live CD/DVD/USB-Stick - like Knoppix et al.
- pare image generation for embedded use-cases (Compact Flash,
SD, native Flash et al.)

Custom file pos-processing can be added easily at the end of the build (that
is filter out, mangle, move around, inject files and create some snapshot
image out of it).

There soon will be more documetation (handbook beeing prepared for print) as
well as more embedded examples (due to daily work resulting in more in-tree
GPL examples).

Furthermore the short-term plan is:

- 6.0.3 release in some days with the update,, fixes since 6.0.2, working
router target and polished LiveCD bits
- 6.0.4 in about 3 weeks, with kernel update to 2.6.18, needs some time
merging all the relevant revision out of trunk and testing, testing,
testing
- 7.0.0-rc from trunk due CeBit with all the big updates we have worked on in
trunk
- 7.0.0-final due mid-2007

Yours,
