Cannot create minimal router target

Hello,
environment: T2 full installation (newest) + t2-6.02
problem: at stage 5 (5*-log) there are some errors, e.g. "cpio not found" 
(5-linux25.err) or "msgfmt not found" (5-acl.err).
At the end of the building process there are several errors like "file not 
found" etc. The resulting iso - file is not bootable.
What is going wrong?
