Profile subscribers and distribution

subscribe the new TMA to the dlPM and then distribute the profile copy
within the dlPM to that selected TMA. You do not need to distribute the
original profile down the hierarchy. This would impose unnecessary locks
(transactions) on all of the PMs way down.

General rule of thumb:
when distributing always try to use the lowest-level PM possible
that can reach all of the targets you intend to shoot at.
