I have the same problem. Only difference is I have 109 users. From what I
found this happens once you add more than 100 users. I have an open PMR
with support and they are working with L3 on a solution.

Hi,list

1 I upgraded ted37 to tec 39 on Sunday and applied fixpack 2. My tec
server is AIX5.2 and DB oracle9.2.0.6. I am trying to assign operator
from command line and getting following error.

wconsole -assignop -h TIVENTTEC -u tivroot -pxxxx -C con_WEB_ent -O
James-Joseph_TEC
ECO2044E: The RDBMS can not be reached.

I tried these command line and from script and both time it failed. I
created 47 operators using the script, and was trying to assign to console.

2 I turned tracing on and see two-task communication error.

rows: <NULL>
where_clause: operator_id='James-Joseph_TEC'
number1: 1number2: 0string1:
string2:

00075610 [Tue Mar 22 14:55:43 2005] Connection ID: 0, Operation:
val_execute_sql::oexec, DB Call: update TEC_T_OPERATORS set name = :name,
settings_ser_obj = :settings_ser_obj where operator_id='James-Joseph_TEC'
SQL Command: update TEC_T_OPERATORS set name = :name, settings_ser_obj
= :settings_ser_obj where operator_id='James-Joseph_TEC'
ORA-03106: fatal two-task communication protocol error

3 $ wlookup -ar Administrator|wc -l
370
$ $ wconsole -lsoperator -h TIVENTTEC -u tivroot -pxxxx >/tmp/operator
$ cat /tmp/operator |wc -l
97

Any suggestion?
