TEC Tasks send mail - SMS message

extract the TEC tasklibrary with this command:

wtll -F tectasks.tar -l "T/EC Tasks"
extract ./tll from this file

DO NOT EXTRACT THIS COMPLETE TAR FILE IN /tmp!
It contains ./ and sets its permissions to 0755, this will make Tivoli 
stop working sooner or later.
Make a subdirectory for this somewhere.

Review the tll file for the task you want to clone, copy the script file 
to a new name
and edit the cloned task for the changed script name. Clone the full 
source code
for this one task from Task "<label>" { ... to the closing };

Then recompile the TL with wtll -r -p TEC-Region -P /usr/lib/cpp ./tll -P
