Try removing all traces of ITM in the profile. You can
follow this process:
1. Choose IBM Tivoli Monitoring Tasks in your
navigator
2. Execute the DMEEndpointUninstall
3. Bring over the gateway that the endpoint is
logged into to the Selected Task Endpoints and
click execute
4. Enter your Endpoint name and take the defaults
