Problem upggrade SD 4.2 to 4.2.2

wlookup -ar ProductInfo should show up an object "swdis".
You can query its revision attribute (type string). In my case this shows 
"4.2.1".

Patching the .ind file should only be your last resort if you're really 
really desperate.
First try to resolve the problem and check how your install information 
got corrupted or not installed in the first place.
