I have a problem with the tmw2k process not stopping after
deleting or unsubscribing an ITM profile off an EP!
1/ If I unsubscribe an EP from an ITM profile or delete (wdmeng
-e CIPESTGW1 -p ITM.OS.W2K3.PF#TEC_CIPE –delete), the tmw2k_ep process is
still in use? Which I think is the heartbeat mechanism, but I need this to
stop?
2/ If I have successfully unsubscribed/deleted the ITM
profile from and EP, then restart the EP, the tmw2k process comes back on? Does
anyone know how to stop this permanently?
The reason I need to know, how to totally take any forms of
ITM / heartbeat with the tmw2k process of these EP’s, is because we have
a big problem with Windows Exchange LCS (Live Communication Server), this is
conflicting with our ITM Engine on these EP’s, basically the ITM profile
fails to start on boot, and when you restart the Engine LCS fails, so only one
app can run at any one time?
I have opened a PMR, is anyone having the same problem or
has had this problem?
