We had a similar situation in our environment and we
opened a PMR with Tivoli. Tivoli support came with an
answer 'Any Netware upgrade above 6.0 is not
supported. Also there is no future plan to support
Netware for monitoring'. Finally the client had to
drop the idea of using Tivoli to monitor Netware.
