[TEC] database changes in 3.9 FP02 ?

I am installing a new TEC-server with 3.9 and FP02.
My old server is vanilla 3.9.

Are there changes to the database layout? Can I just
copy the old database (without the content :-) over
or must I wrestle with the java-sql-helper-thing from
FP02?
