Heartbeat Events/Cluster Events

Hi all,

Our setup : Frame work 4.1 and TEC 3.8 on Windows 2000 Advance Server.

I am facing some inconsistency in receiving Heartbeat Events.

I will give  scenarios please tell me the results to expected.

Heaartbeat is set at default frequency of 300 seconds.

1)      If there is problem with the resource model , should I get HeartBeat_ResourceModelsInError every five minutes or only one  time.

        2) When I am stopping ITM engine I am getting HeartBeat_DMAgentDown event but when I start the ITM engine I am not    

getting HeartBeat_DMAgentAlive event. Should I get HeartBeat_DMAgentDown every five minutes or only once. I am          getting HeartBeat_DMAgentAlive event from one of the EP

        3) When I stop EndPoint itself I am getting HeartBeat_EndpointUnreachable but when I restart EP I am not getting      

              HeartBeat_DMAgentRestarted event.

One more question.

        In the cluster environment, when the groups are move from node A to node B.

       

1)      From node A I getting event that particular service (Ex SQL) is down through Parametric Service Resource Model.
2)      From node B I am not getting event that particular service (Ex SQL) is restarted or up.

Can some body help me.
