Windows XP isn't on the original ITM 5.1.1 for BI supported OS list. Has
it been added in a subsequent fix pack.

That is actually what I have done. I'm using that default MQS_RFID
Resource Models profile, FWIW. By default it has the Queue and Channel
RMs disabled (I think I know why now), and the QueueManager and Error
Log resource models work OK. But if I enable Queue or Channel
and redistribute, they fail.
