TEC RULE

Is it possible to wildcard the value of a particular slot in a rule?  Note: we write all of our rules manually.

Ex:
 I want all alerts that start with dfh, (any 2 characters) then end with 001.

Where [
        msgid: _msgid equals 'dfh**001'
           ],

        reception_action:

If this is possible, does anyone have an example?
