We also 2 people managing 400 UNIX and windows servers. We have framework,
ITM, TEC, WBI (MQseries), ITM for databases, Control-M scheduling, SAP,
WebSphere, DM classic, and Service Center plus for Tivoli (Peregrine
interface for auto T. Tickets. 

We also maintain Netview with about 3000 network nodes.

I am trying to justify additional headcount, and looking for some
metrics to use. 

I have 2 people managing about 350 servers (Unix & Windows) with
Framework (EP), ITM, TEC, and a few custom monitors, along with TWS. 

Can anyone provide information about their staffing and respective
Tivoli products being managed ?
