TME10 [AMX] Problem installing AMX patch

I've just installed TEDW 1.2 and am
installing my first WEP.  I upgraded ITM from 5.1.1 by going from
FP05 to FP06 and then 5.1.2 FP01 last year, and since ITM 5.1.2 was available
I decided that I'd install the AMX and AMY from it and then put the patches
in 5.1.2 FP01 on.  But after installing the base AMX and AMY, I am
unable to install the patches.  The wizard says that I can't install
5.1.1.660 because 5.1.1.600 isn't installed.  Now, according to IBM,
 5.1.2 and 5.1.1 FP06 are both supposed to be the same code.  But
in the 5.1.1 FP06 twh_install_props.cfg file I see a line, APP_REL_VERSION=5.1.1.600
, where in the 5.1.2 file it reads APP_REL_VERSION=5.1.1.  If I try
to install the AMX from FP06 I get a message telling me that it's a patch
and I need the base first.  What is the proper place to start?  Do
I need the base ITM 5.1.1 CD?
