Service names in windows

I am attempting to get a service monitor working with in Parametric
Services.  The Process name is Symantec AntiVirus.  It doesn't seem to like
the name even though that is the one in
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services.   Is the space the
problem?  I tried double quotes to no avail
