RE: [TMF 4.1.1] oserv_boot_info returned error 30

If you have an old backup of your $DBDIR directory prior to the patch. See if
the odb.adj file has changed. If so, try to revert back to the old one and see
if that helps. I have seen this file become corrupted in similar scenarios in
two unlrelated incidents. The oserv won't start with a similar (maybe exact)
error message.
