Installation error when installing ANM in TEDW enablement pack for Netview7.1.4

Dear list,

    My platform is as folows:

 

1) Windows 2000 Server with Service Pack 4

2) DB2 udb 7.2 with fix pack 6

3) TEDW 1.1

4) TEDW fix pack 2 ( 1.1-TDW-FP02 )

 

    I am using Netview 7.1.4 Dataware Enablement pack & when I am trying to install ANM ( warehouse availability enablement pack) it shows installation error & the installation terminates remains incomplete.

 

But I could not be able to manage to get TEDW e-fixes to fixpack 6( 1.1-TDW-0002) anywhere.

Can sombody inform me where I can get this particular e-fix.
