TEC 39 and Netview Integration

To all :

I am trying to integrate Netview with my TEC Console so that the users can
utilize the Netview functions.  When you right click on an Event, a Netview
Event that is, I see a Netview icon that is highlighted.  If you select it
you see 3 more options that are greyed out.  Has anyone else attempted this
? Any help would be appreciated.
