[TMF 4.1.1] SIS don ´t run

might have lots of causes.
If this is a ManagedNode then SISCLNT must be installed.
If you're connecting with DSWIN then the client OS must be
the same OS as the MN you're connecting to (this was a
documented limitation some time ago -- don't know if it
still applies). If you're using X11 software you might be able
to connect to unix. Set your display correctly.

I had some cases where the Java setup scripts on w32
contained a mixture of \ and / which the shell didn't like.
Look in $BINDIR/JRE for scripts.

Check if you can start the GUI from the command line with wsisgui &.
