Exec_task problem: msg#00360sysutils.tivoli.tme10
I am having an issue with the exec_task predicate. There is a task here that some variable substitution, mainly around the date and time, is failing in. I have set this up to run the set command into a file. When I issue a wruntask command from the CLI, I get what I would consider normal output. However, when I use a TEC Event to trigger a rule containing the exec_task predicate, I get a bunch of lines "-e argument follows" and there are different environment variables set. I did some reading, and it seems to be using the -E parameter for wruntask - is there a way to stop this? I am running the TMR/TEC Server on AIX, and the Endpoint is a Windows 2000 machine. I really need to figure this out fast - any help would be appreciated! Thanks, Brian Brian W.
