Running task from gateway

tasks might do some initial authentication, especially
if you unset CHILD_OF_OSERV, but apart from that the
script runs on the target host. If you use w-commands
it might do some additional requests to the TMR server.
This is what ALI means in the first place.

You can put off some more though minor load
when you predistribute the task scripts with
wdisttask or a policy on the policyregion.
