profile properties in profile manager

I have a windows 2003 server with tmf 4..1 installed. when I go into the hardware profile and try to enter the properties the box display  transparent with a faint blue line at the top. When I move the mouse over this box the cursor changes to the text icon and this is how I find the fields to enter the server name an the user and password. It there a way to correct this?
