[TEC3,9]Can't log in to Web Console

this can be found in the security settings somewhere under options.
Afair it's called "active scripting", i.e. with IE you cannot switch
on/off Javascript and VBS separately, it's only both or nothing.
If you want lots of acknowledging questions set it to
"ask every time" ;)

BTW:
Be sure that IE is patched up. There are lots of websites that
talk about IE security flaws. I wouldn't touch it currently
except in an intranet-only situation.

It's in german language, but the checks are quite self-explanatory.
