[TEC3,9]Can't log in to Web Console

the HTML code sent to the browser contains JavaScript
(officially called ECMAScript now),
so this must be enabled as well ("active scripting").
This comes with lots of vulnerabilities, so be careful then.

What level is your WAS server? I had problems with 5.0.2,
applied PQ75794 and PQ77263 then (required for ITIM),
and am now on cumulative fix 5 (cf5).
