Fw: [TEC3,9]Can't log in to Web Console

I am running Internet Explorer version
6.0.2800.  We were able to access TEC 3.9 Web Console via Mozilla's
FireFox 0.8 browser but can't via IE 6.0.  If you are TEC3.9 user
and are successfully running Web console using IE browser, can you shed
some lights?    Thank you!

Harrison, 
I've checked the internet options. The Privacy settings by default was
'Medium'.  I changed it to 'Accept All Cookies' and still getting
the same error.   Same results as well when using Advanced Privacy
Settings to accept first-party and third-party cookies.

       Mandy, 

       Did you disable cookie on your browser?  If
I understood you r posting correctly, you are able to get the login prompt,
but once you log in, you get the "session expried" message.  Not
being able to set a cookie on the browser may be causing this.

FWK Fixpack 3.7.1-TMF-0099 
TEC 3.9   (AIX 5.1) 
WAS 5.0 
TEC DB  v920 - Oracle DB (on a separate box) 

I can't seem to log into TEC 3.9 Web Console.  The WAS server is up
and running.  I even stopped and restarted the WAS server.

Every time I try to log into Web console , I'd get  "ECOWSO0041"
indicated 'Your logon session has expired."  I know the Web Console
is connected to WAS server because if I try to log in with an invalid password,
I will get "ECOWSO002E" error indicated "Authentication
failed." 

Has anyone experienced this before?  If you have, how did you resolve
it?
