Endpoint prerequisite failure

Hi,

I'm trying to test endpoint prerequisites using Tivoli Software
Installation Service
and when the prerequisite "Gateway is alive" is tested the message

ISV:0049 Unable to convert gateway name into an IP address and port

is showed.


What could be wrong?
