Fw: [TEC3,9]Can't log in to Web Console

Harrison,
I've checked the internet options. The
Privacy settings by default was 'Medium'.  I changed it to 'Accept
All Cookies' and still getting the same error.   Same results as well
when using Advanced Privacy Settings to accept first-party and third-party
cookies.

        Mandy, 

        Did you disable cookie on your browser?  If
I understood you r posting correctly, you are able to get the login prompt,
but once you log in, you get the "session expried" message.  Not
being able to set a cookie on the browser may be causing this.

FWK Fixpack 3.7.1-TMF-0099 
TEC 3.9   (AIX 5.1) 
WAS 5.0 
TEC DB  v920 - Oracle DB (on a separate box) 

I can't seem to log into TEC 3.9 Web Console.  The WAS server is up
and running.  I even stopped and restarted the WAS server.

Every time I try to log into Web console , I'd get  "ECOWSO0041"
indicated 'Your logon session has expired."  I know the Web Console
is connected to WAS server because if I try to log in with an invalid password,
I will get "ECOWSO002E" error indicated "Authentication
failed." 

Has anyone experienced this before?  If you have, how did you resolve
it?
