There are some confusions with the TEC 3.9 rulebase and ITM. The Default rulebase contains definitions for the some of the classes defined in the ITM baroc files so you get compile errors if you try and incorporate the ITM definitions using the standard $BINDIR/TMNT_TEC/dmae_tec_inst.sh script. This is documented in the TEC 3.9 Release Notes, starting at page 7. They provide some scripts to help around the problem. I just hacked a local copy of the dmae_tec_inst.sh script.
