Only those who are subscribed can post, and that's been the case for
some time. Weirdly, the addresses sending the few spams that get
through aren't subscribed by the time I go and look - and yet I don't
get an unsubscribe notification for them either, so I assume that
sourceforge are nuking them. It's hard to be sure though, as sf run a
customised mailman.

I know it's not good enough, but without abandoning sourceforge's mail
entirely - which I'm not prepared to do - there's not a lot more that
can be done.
